I think what is happening is that Energous is working with Apple and the agreement stipulates that Energous technology = Apple technology with shared revenues. That's the price you pay for Apple's business. Even new patents granted Apple are in fact Energous tech. Kind to like when an engineer works for Apple and invents something while working for Apple... the invention and patent becomes Apples invention and patent. Happens all the time. Just MO of course.
