The announced reduction of debt,and the seeking of future funding from non dilution stock.That tells me that company has steady money flow coming in that would allow to pay back new loans with out dilution.That means next run will go with out any or little dilution.With that in mind pps would see volume spike like last run,Thus range of 0.003-0.006
