There have been law suits against this Co. The court rightly found that the Co. told the investors (suckers) exactly what it was going to do and was not responsible for their losses . If you look at this scams history, why would anyone but the most desperate waste money here ? There was a 1/4 reverse earlier this month taking the price to $2.34 . The remaining 25% has seen the share price cut in half for a 80% + loss . They have done this 5 times in the last 12 months and are telling everyone they might have to do this again (May?) Save your money and let us know how that law suit works out !
