When I spoke to Armen yesterday I didn't ask anything about potential acquisition, but he hesitated when we were talking about uplist and he seemed trying really hard to control his emotion not to tell me something secret. Then he brought up the acquisition thing and said he really couldn't say anything about it. That part of conversation was a little funny though. Now he is so confident to uplist to NSDQ by Q1 next year, then I think the acquisition has to be a major one that will double their revenue in order to meet the uplist requirement.
