This attorney says that, 'on information and belief', Wilshire Capital Ltd...is affiliated with and/or controlled by coleman. It is my belief that kern or Wilshire Capital Ltd has the 8,132 series B preferred shares that can convert into 20.33 billion INMG common shares...we'll have to see what the US Attorney Central District California says...as I can't find Wilshire registered to do business in California nor can I find INMG registered to business there, either...

Need to look at RTV Media Group, Vega 7 Entertainment...other failed scam companies of coleman...?

California and is affiliated with and/or controlled by Coleman.
5 . Defendant Vega 7 Entertainment, is, on information and belief , a corporation whose
domicile is Nevada , corporate status is "permanently revoked on 5/1/2004" and business
address is in the state of California and is affiliated with and/or controlled by Coleman .
6. Defendant Wilshire Capital, Ltd., is, on information and belief, a corporation whose
business address is in the state of California and is affiliated with and/or controlled by
Coleman.
7. Defendant The Coleman Family Trust is, on information and belief , a trust whose
business address is in the state of California and is affiliated with and/or controlled by
Coleman.
