They won't be doing a R/S anytime soon, because there has not been enough warrants converted. If they R/S now, there would be enough warrant holders converting this pos to cause the pps to drop back to .0001/"no bid" in less than 1 week. Then there would still be close to 750B unconverted to keep this at "no bid" for years. Even the smart investors that make money on scam stocks is afraid to touch this pos. HCMC is a triple toast dead money sucking SCAM.
