Thanks for the information guys. Most of these guys get stock as a part of their compensation package. Easier for the company to give out stock and options (basically the stock sale is financed because the company doesn't have revenue). This makes it cheaper for the company to provide a "good compensation package" to its people and also incentivizes them along the way should the stock trade higher. Somewhere along the line most of these people need "cash" just like everyone else. It would be interesting to know the exact reason of his stock sale. I'm not reading into it so much.
