former CEO owns 75% of all shares of SFIV, per report filed an April 2016. The CEO resigned. Keep watching, because he will likely be dumping his holdings.
Their "consultant", Peter Michaels other company has not seen one penny in sales/revenue in well over two years and has been involved in serious fraud, and can't even get or maintain a business license.
