We are hearing some of the same things. Here are some of the things you have mentioned that I want to comment on.

1) We are BOTH hearing the same things (range rumors) about a big player like X stepping in. Very possible. But I am certain that nobody interested in buying the company outright (other than maybe Glencore) would hold the price down. Once permit is in hand... PLM/Glencore have the golden goose. Polymet has access to mine over time and Glencore has the convertible debt and warrants. Knowing what is in the ground at PLM --- there is no way that PLM would give away the company on the cheap. Especially when Glendore is already in bed with them. It just does not make sense.

2) The state WANTS to get this project done and Dayton does not want this to hang over a new administration. I don't think there are going to be any MAJOR delays ongoing at this point. The science is done... now the state is just going to follow protocol.
