Stock was up $3.18. The last 25 minutes of trading was up $0.90. 7 times the volume today. There was also an article today in venturebeat it spoke exactly about what Excelsior has said. Lot of mergers and acquisitions in 2017. Seems that some startups running out of money and bigger companies are ready to jump in making 2017 fertile M&A landscape. Today's acquisition has got to make Upland much more attractive and it is reflected in the stock price
