Magnis Resources has 438.6M shares outstanding and sells for about Aussie $0.66 (Aussie $0.66 is about US $0.50).

I feel NSRC with 461.0M shares outstanding which is about the same as Magnis Resource's outstanding shares is a better investment when one considers NSRC's tonnage, grade and proven and probable reserves of graphite. In addition NSRC's vanadium ore body is very large, has decent grades and is directly adoptable to VRB's .

Thus NSRC going to US $0.50 without a reverse split could be possible.
