Stan mentions "The Annihilator" again in his panel with Frank Miller:

Lee wrapped his part with a promotional push, saying his latest character is called The Annihilator, which he’s working to launch as a movie because, “If we did it as a comic first, everyone would steal the idea.”



I forget which studio, if one was mentioned, that is working on it. It would be nice to get a more reliable source, saying that progress is being made.
