Because the one thing I see in the tortured twisting and denial of TTCM's liability which is clearly stated in the court finding....

Is that it won't matter at all to TTCM's future if it can sell it's imaginary software to an F50 company.

They just pay it off and move on.

However it does not, the shareholders are in the hole for millions.

The faith in the good Doc with the really fly hat, is simply not enough.
