Could someone give a synopsis of the latest 8-K. Good points and or bad. There seems to be different opinions. Also in an effort to better understand 8-K's is all the information on this filling new. Are there certain areas of an 8-K that have all the new relevant information or does one have to read and understand the entire document. This one seems a lot longer than most. Any help would be appreciative in my efforts to become a better investor and able to understand 8-K's. TIA
