In the last CEO letter, Hartman stated, "Many of our stockholders and followers have asked about the status of our distributor agreement with the nation’s largest on-line pharmacy. We had indicated earlier that we expected the agreement to be signed several weeks ago, but that has not happened due to a number of issues ranging from attorney reviews to a complete change in the management structure at that company.  Although the agreement has been delayed, both parties are confident that the initially proposed agreement can be signed shortly." When he mentioned Walgreens and Rite Aid, he referred to online pharmacies that they would pursue further.

I couldn't find a nice tidy list of online pharmacy rankings by sales volume but four large online pharmacies come to mind: CVS, Amazon, Walmart and HealthWarehouse. I also don't know if the term pharmacy is being used literally or loosely. The BIEI products don't technically need a pharmacy to distribute CBD oil and patches. Anyway, we are looking at a huge distributor of the products ... Shortly.
