The CEO hangs out drinking at the beach all day every day. Selling shares is his lifeline so the dilution will never end. He is hanging by a thread so he literally can't take a break from issuing new shares. Trading volume is much more important to him than share price. As long as there is volume, he can make money by issuing more shares.
