I dont think GDSI had a prayer in defending the civil suits, the SEC action alone pretty well shows that the shareholders were defrauded.
The best action would have been settling with the plaintiffs in the civil actions, but there is a problem there as money is needed to settle which GDSI does not have.
So they have to try to fight and delay those suits so hell they could last 2 or 3 years if GDSI can keep an attorney willing to work for nothing lol
