That to me does cause some concern to me though. However, a website to me is not the deal breaker. If the company was a younger enterprise. I'd pull out almost based on that alone in the blink of an eye.
However, they've been around for a LONG time, and some of the things in the past that has happened to Integrated is what happens to a freight company (unfortunately)...I have a few friends that run a freight company that started out a few years ago, and they don't have a website, and they run 10 trucks (18 wheelers)over 50 states. So again...that to me is not the deal breaker.
But having the website up and running would install more confidence for more of the newer investors wanting to come in at the bottom levels.
