I didn't pull up 10K (no time right now), but did pull up their form 4 from late Dec. In that they had taken 650,000 shares (from their warrants), this form 4 adds to that to get the total shown today. My guess is your looking at the number of shares they could have if they choose to purchase all the shares they are allotted via their warrants.

SB also recent acquired shares from warrants.

Looks like they are getting shares on deck so when good news hits they can sell them.
