Theoretically, that could be said about any company. What's so special about this one? As I said, I haven't followed it in more than six months. At least they disentangled themselves from Tracy. But that doesn't guarantee success.

What do they do? How much have they disclosed, and how reliable is it?

And though you apparently disagree, an inflated market cap for a Pink is a red flag.
