If you look at that document again you will see that 50K was paid to FNDM LLC not Fund.com. Fund.com got $830k on installment 1 and it was all paid out to lawers, Berke, and Galanis' lawyers. The 50K to FNDM, LLC was set up to make payments to Galanis. Trumpster is right in that there is still $2.5 million oustanding and accruing interest, however I don't know if we are better off with AdvisorShares not making the payment. There is no documentation that I am aware of that says if AdvisorShares doesn't make the payment that we get some percentage of the company, someone said that on here but the document was never released publicly (I believe it is sealed). I think Thomas has to provide updates to the court so we should be getting an update this month or next.
