I would think that is doable per hour if the place is busy

The Taphouse operates 82 hours per week ( if it does not close early due to no business )
If they project 2 mill. in sales they have to achieve sales of $470.00 per opening hour.

I personally do not have faith UPZS will ever come up with their half of the Money and ultimatly will not, or presently do not really own 50% of the tap house. Pretty sure Unique has been removed from most marketing stuff.
