No. The AS is 3B or 3,000,000,000 shares which is Huge, not "Low"! We should see 0 x 0.0001 and new low 0.0 (or 0.00001) very soon based on the Huge AS size just like its Huge-AS Non-Reporting OTC peer (snvp) did ("no bid" for multiple years and it hit 0.0 for so many times)...
