Converde Energy USA Inc.
has no registered agent to serve the court document
so I filed Affidavit of Due diligence to serve Nevada Secretary of State
as a Defendant of case instead of Converde Energy USA Inc.
now company American Energy Partners, Inc has all the responsibility
of what Michael Mclaren did this is good news because
aftyer getting the judgment collecting money from Michael Mclaren takes too much effort and money
but from this new company should be easier
court system sucks in United States
as I knew already that Michael Mclaren is going to change the company name which he stated from the phone call
so I hurried the court to serve the registered agent but stupid Sheriff's depart of Carson City took more than a month served a defendant after registered agent resigned so I had to contact Nevada Secretary of State
