And, it looks like there were too many issues for the name to be registered as a Trademark (bringing about the name being abandoned):

I actually own shares in a company (CNVT) that used to market a similar line of natural herbicides (Ecoval) ... no real idea of what happened to the product line and CNVT, which was once upon a time a promising incubator for "green" businesses is now pretty much a dead incubator.
