My point is not about the dilution, which we all understand reasons for, and expect to happen.

My point was why insiders would get shares at .0001 per share when this is completely not necessary. Valuing the insider shares at .005 instead (50 times greater) would have meant 1/50th of the amount of share dilution, and that's a big difference to current shareholders.

But .0001 is so low it's unjustifiable by any measure or claim, which is why this single event opens up the BOD to shareholder suits and claims as soon as there's some money to go after.

Sad. I want to believe JB is doing his best, but this was just so selfish and unnecessary.
