Right on Maynerd. There is no KNSC 8-K filed with SEC for Feb. 14,2017.
I've checked the SEC and State of Florida Division of Corporations Data bases. KNSC/Kenergy Scientific, Inc. is not registered as a Florida corporation. My TD Ameritrade still shows it as headquartered in China.
There is nothing filed since the 15-D in Oct. 2016.
The only thing I've seen is HYPE posted here and what appear to be doctored/bogus documents since they don't appear in SEC filings or State of Florida corporation records.
This certainly appears to be the same P&D it has always been with some of the same actors.
