Because the CEO WON'T get his act together. I am long and believe in the fundamentals of this company. However, the CEO talks about attracting institutions but that is NEVER going to happen without the paperwork. He talked about hiring a CFO months ago to do the paperwork. Where is this hiring at? I applaud his promotion of the company but one has to execute as well. He is the Chief EXECUTIVE Officer after all.
