2 things wanted to add to what you said:

1) Who ever owns the domain name just renewed it again a few months ago on godaddy

2) The math adds up to that the companies $650-680,000 debt in the ABC transaction was litterally monitized at .0001 WDHR stock, making it an almost zero chance of ever reverse spliting (which is good) but in order to do that it would have to be brought out of the "Dark" anyhow.

Better to just get this to 500 shareholders and force an SEC 8k report requirement. :)
