Shocker, they apologized publicly.
In the meantime, now every nutcase in the world will be causing a stir on flights and threatening to sue.
Can't wait til you have a four hour delay due to it.

What it did show was the passenger lied when he said he had to get home to patients. Sure, give him millions. I'm sure the other 3 civil people are kicking themselves today for being rational.
Absolutely disgraceful.

Just my opinion, of course.
