TAKE NOTICE that by order of the Grand Court
of the Cayman Islands made on 18 January 2016,
Vantage Drilling Company, registration number
199127, whose registered office is situated at
KPMG, P.O. Box 493, Century Yard, Cricket
Square, Grand Cayman KY1-1106, Cayman
Islands, has been placed into Official Liquidation
in accordance with the Companies Law.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that K. Beighton
and A. Lawson of KPMG, P.O. Box 493, Century
Yard, Cricket Square, Grand Cayman KY1-1106
have been appointed Joint Official Liquidators of
the Company.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that pursuant to
this appointment, the Joint Official Liquidators
are convening a meeting of the Creditors of the
Company at 3pm Eastern Time on March 15,
2016 to be held by telephone conference from the
offices of KPMG, 2nd Floor, Century Yard,
Cricket Square, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.
In order to be eligible to attend this meeting
each Creditor is required to have submitted a
Proof of Debt and have sent written notice of their
intention to attend to the Joint Official Liquidators
at least three days prior to the date of the meeting.
