That's a valid concern, but you have to keep in mind - there never was a deal, (or deals). In my opinion, the 8Ks were fraudulent and the lack of evidence is the smoking gun.

Just cause he puts out an 8K about an acquisition or a deal, does not make it true, or him legitimate. What legitimate company is going to do a deal with a shady CEO who doesn't bother with the financial statements? I mean, come on.
