If you research it, there is no other domain similar to the new company name, Gamerica Holdings and Acquisitions Corp. registered.

Gamericaholdings.com is the only registered domain, then you have the timing, one week before name change was filed, then you have San Diego.

There are also no other businesses with a similar name.

Every result is about VOIS. There is no other company.

But i doubt they would merge these two VAPOR shops into this pos. Because it´s too good but it looks like Gamerica will invest into it.

I fully expect the smoke euphoria people work with VOIS on this plan and gamindustries.com website was/is planned as the company website for VOIS.

Because the gamindustries.com website was uploaded before they filed the name change and it was not updated since many months, it´s possible they changed the plan from gamindustries.com to gamericaholdings.com which is also registered by the smoke euphoria people.

We will see. Confirmation would be good.
