Ya sea, a happy ending. Kenny our fallen hero has to cough up $95K. It's going to take a lot of Baby Burp, and magic Lactose supplements bottles sold on Amazon to cover that. Whatever he scammed for himself with MNZO he probably has been spent already. So he probably had to take out a second mortgage or sumpthin.
So why did the SEC pursue the actors of this scams, yet has left easier scams alone? It fits my theory the SEC doesn't pursue unless million$$$ of fines are involved. If it were just Kenny alone, MNZO probably would still have been going on. But add in Bart&Goode for close to $8.5M, and it was irresistible to the SEC.
