The net profit is $100k/tank/year, with the challenges they are facing now and in the future. That is by far the simplest approach.

That amounts to $100M profit after the build-out of AF5 three years down the road.

Which makes Triway a $2B company assuming a P/E of 20.

Your 18% stock dividend will be worth $360M / 22M = $16 per SIAF share now.

Which leads me to believe that the spin-offs alone is not enough. This has to work for the SIAF stock as well. And for that we need the cash dividends. The question we should be asking management is, where wil it come from? Because they have to plan for it now.
