So the domain expired last year and supposedly another company took over the domain? if what you say is true, you do know they/W-yates could've just simple buy back the name right?.And that is just one scenario, all your doing is speculating as usual. A friend of mine company name/website domain expired and another company took over the domain, all he had to repurchase the name/domain.

Am not sure what you have against the company? but currently its worthless until news etc drop... no need to bash them.
