It's probably not a bad deal, if you bought 1000 shares for $9K you would end up with 9250 post f/s, so around .97 cents a share avg. This will more then likely go well past $1.00 once it starts trading but it's a tough call given that there were private placements done @ .12 and .15 cents.

As soon as practicable following the Effective Time, the Articles of Incorporation of the Company shall have been amended (the “Amendment”), in a manner reasonably acceptable to LB, to: (i) change the name of the Company to “Leafbuyer Technologies, Inc.”; (ii) to increase the number of authorized capital stock of the Company to 160,000,000 shares of which 150,000,000 shares shall be common stock and 10,000,000 shares shall be Preferred Stock; and (iii) effectuate a forward stock-split on the basis of 9.25 to 1 (the “Split”).

Simultaneously with the Merger, the Registrant accepted subscriptions in a private placement offering (the “Offering”) of its Common Stock at a purchase prices of $0.12 and $0.15 per share
