THAT IS CORRECT - NO ATYG BUYBACK IS PRESENTLY IN EFFECT.

TRADERS BEWARE:

No buyback has been announced by ATYG.
This recent false claim of a stock buyback is from 2013, and get this : it was under a different CEO. Lolololo
ATYG shows Zero of the criteria necessary to do a buyback, and no disclosures submitted to OTCmarkets in 4 years.

*Only in the OTC would it be claimed a buyback was in effect under a CEO who disappeared FOUR YEARS AGO.
