I just gave you a reason, and assuming you are correct these "sleazy promos" don't run their course in a day.

Given the strategy you apparently use you could view it as a flipping opp. Bid is still solid and shares are below the highs meaning those looking for a flip will hold for another rally or have to sell at a loss. I still believe in the long-term future...hold long-term gain shares and don't believe the S1 will have as negative an impact as you believe.

If they reverse at 1 for 15 the float drops significantly...given revenue they already have, coupled with future revenue potential (given sales staff acquisition) they will trade on the Nas as a low-float, profitable, and growing company. That does not strike me as a bad investment for my portfolio.
