With a $3.00 stock a $1.00 dividend is terrible. They have to hope the stock falls greater than the dividend. The bond escrow of $60 Million is out there as well as the potential $450 Million in the out years. Bob Mulroy so destroyed the reputation of MACK that Dick Peters is going to have to work to get it back. Good to see they started enrolling for 310. Would not surprise me to see us partner 121 with Ipsen. That would be a cheap way for Meeks to keep his hand in while not buying the whole company.

I do not concern myself with the shorts. Big part of it is the converts and as you can tell by the proxy vote some institutions were short the stock and could not vote their shares.

All in all just ignore the static and lets focus on what Peters is going to do.
