Based in West Los Angeles, Arden Realty, Inc. is a fully integrated real estate company and one of the region's largest landlords. In May of 2006, Arden was acquired by GE Real Estate as its West Coast growth platform. Since that time, the company has acquired over $2 billion of commercial real estate in five major markets: Southern California, Northern California, Seattle, Portland and Phoenix. Currently, Arden owns and manages 122 properties comprised of 251 buildings and approximately 16.6 million square feet throughout the West Coast.

The company's in-house operations include leasing, property and asset management, construction, development, and acquisitions. Arden is directed by President and Chief Executive Officer Joaquin de Monet and Chief Operating Officer Robert Peddicord, Chief Financial Officer Kevin Early, General Counsel David Swartz and Chief Investment Officer Michael Lynch.
