Well, I, we are all hoping for the flip side obviously. It would be a crime against Financial Humanity if hipcricket patents were the Catalyst in some large buyout and the old shareholders didn't get anything after years of supporting the company with all of the dilutions as represented in 100 55 million shares outstanding. That would be absolutely horrible. But I believe we will get some sort of payout especially if there is a lot of money to be divvied up. Nobody wants lawsuits to hold up the money
