Yep, if CSP is to be funded they better start prior to the companies faulting do to lack of buffer. As to Lew, he is the one who said the debt was of no consequence. I must have replayed that on the DVR four times as I couldn't get my head around that and the fact no one on the committee didn't ask what he meant by that statement.
