Right. Thank you Anthony. Point I'm trying to make is, for argument's sake, let's say, the patent portfolio is worth 1.5 billion dollars. That would be $10 per share for old hipcricket shareholders. The fact that hipcricket is owned by ESW and Upland, how does that trickle down to hipcricket shareholders? If and I'm just saying, the patent portfolio was worth that much what exactly has to transpire for us to get a lot more money then $2 a share? Thanks in advance
