if ORRV is getting all the shares and all options, warrants or other rights to acquire Company Shares owned by
such Shareholders free and clear of any liens, encumbrances and other obligations, wouldn't that mean ORRV owns mccusker holding corp?

i think we're going to get an 8k that will clear all this up
