Look again. The 1:1000 r/s was 2/3/16. It went from .0001 to .055 on 2/4. Closed at 0.01. Yes it did move to ~0.025 briefly, based on pumps, but has mostly traded at or under a penny..which is 10% of where it was before the split....which was 99.9% below its highs from a few years ago.

It is, was, and will always be garbage.
