The contract seems to indicate that ssri can say yes at any given time to let the joint venture go forward.

They however cannot leave obviously.

The contract dictates 12.6 million in expenditures will be paid to develop them.

If silver standard elects to joint venture they are entitled to 25% of the profit from pirquitas for the period the joint venture lasts minus theexpenditures spent to develop chinchillas.

Theoretically if they want a better deal they would have to let it expire then offer something different... probably lower since if silver standard doesnt joint venture they lose 12.6 million spent to develop the mine.


The question is... do theystand to make more one way than the other.. id honestly think they wont go through on the deal because its more lucritive for them not to if the profits since the joint venture agreement outweigh the 12.6 million
