Just from the conference call transcript... a couple of pages in ..
I guess it may not be covered for everyone..

We are also looking to expand our sales internationally, by entering the Canadian market, and the already mature cash pay market that exist for gastric band, balloon, sleeves. Our earliest access to this market maybe now as soon as the second quarter of 2017, through Health Canada's Special Access Programme or FAP. The FAP allows doctors to gain access to medical devices that have not yet been approved for sale in Canada.
