I scanned the 10q or 10k, whatever. They increased the 4th quarter loss by a lot. It was mainly because of giving shares to the officers. Alex and friends payed themselves with shares. I don't know what will happen with the company split, but I suppose we will get shares of both. The real estate business has some income and maybe one day will be worth something. At this point, all we can do is wait and see.
