Looks good on paper.

Trading started at 2.80 x 4.20.
Last trade was $2.00, and now bid x ask is 1.50 x 25.00.

If people are selling into the bid, who's going to pay 25.00 on the ask?

Better yet, why is the ask $25.00? So far, I see no news or filings.
